Electrical Department of S. S. Agrawal Institute of Engineering and Technology had organised a seminar on Topic “Career Guidance” on dated 3/09/2019 for Electrical Engineering Students. The Seminar was presented by Mr. Sunny Parmar.the student to gain lot of knowledge regarding the current trends in the market.

Electrical Engineering Department has Organized a Workshop on “Fundamental of MATLAB Software” on 18th September 2019. The Workshop was carried out by Dr. Ami Patel.

Attended one STTP on ‘Advances in high voltage technology’ at SVNIT Surat from 23rd June to 27th June 2014.
Attended one day FDP on ‘effective teaching scheme and time management at work place” on 7th April 2008.
Organized one day ‘C’ Workshop at VIT valia on 20th March 2014.
Attended one day seminar on “Power System Basics for Academicians & Practicing Engineers” on 27th February 2018.
Attended three days of FDP on ‘Intellectual property rights’ at GEC Surat from 14th October 2019 to 16th October 2019. Has been taken 3 seminar on ‘basics of IPR’ in SSA campus.

Student Achievement
- Mr. Deepam L. Bhanpiya of S.S Agrawal Institute of Engineering & Technology has secured 1st position in ‘BATTEL of BOTS’ event in GTU Zonal TECHFEST 2020 held at Shree Swami Atmanand Saraswati Institute of Technology on 14th ,15th Feb. 2020.
Industrial visit on
Dhuvaran Gas Based Power Station
Electrical Engineering Department of SSAIET organized an industrial visit at Gas based CCPP, Dhuvaran on 8 th February 2020. A total no. of 40 students and 3 faculty members went to the visit. Concepts were covered during visit:- a) Introduction of whole power plant . b) Technology used in power plant for generation of power (CCPP). c) Total knowledge of 220 KV switch yard. d) 75 MW Solar power plant.
