The S. S. Agrawal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mechanical Department had organized an industrial visit cum One Day hands on Workshop at CIPET, Chikhli for students of Diploma 3rd Year 6th Semester and B.E. 3rd Year 6th Semester mechanical students, on 29th April 2026. CIPET: CSTS – Chikhli is the next level and is going to start the programmer with Plastic Technology & CNC Machine along with the Skill Development Programmed for meeting the upcoming needs and demands of the unemployed youths of Gujarat in particular and enhance their Technical skills & provide them Self Wage employment for bringing them to the mainstream.
The visit was in two sessions first session is theory session which includes basics of CNC Lathe and CNC Milling and G codes and M codes for manual part programming. The second session is practical session in which students learned part programming on CNC and VMC machine as well as also perform individual simulation on CAD Simulator.
