Registration Fees

• Important Note: Publication charges are not included in the conference registration fee. Any publication charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the author(s)/candidate(s) and paid separately as per the policies of the respective journal.

Registration Process for paper presenters (After Paper Acceptance)

Once your paper has been accepted, please complete the following steps to confirm your registration:

• 1. Pay the Registration Fee — Transfer the applicable registration fee to the designated bank account. Registration is mandatory for all authors, including the corresponding author and all co-authors. Please retain the UTR/Transaction ID and payment receipt/proof, as these will be required during the registration process.

• 2. Complete the Registration Form — Scan the QR code provided below and fill out the online registration form. Ensure that you upload the payment proof and enter the UTR/Transaction ID correctly.

Note: Your conference registration will be confirmed only after successful payment verification.

Registration Process for Attendees/ Listener (Without Paper)

To attend the conference without paper presentation, please complete the following steps to confirm your registration:

• 1. Pay the Registration Fee — Transfer the applicable registration fee to the designated bank account. Please retain the UTR/Transaction ID and payment receipt/proof, as these will be required during the registration process.

• 2. Complete the Registration Form — Scan the QR code provided below and fill out the online registration form. Ensure that you upload the payment proof and enter the UTR/Transaction ID correctly.
